Cedar Falls man gets 24 years for producing child pornography

Ryan D. Health, 29, of Cedar Falls, was sentenced this week to 24 years in prison for using two underage females to make a sexually explicit video.
In a plea agreement with the U.S. Attorney's Office, Heath admitted that on April 21, 2007, he had a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old girl engage in sexually explicit conduct so he could make a video of them.
Heath was sentenced Thursday in U.S. District Court in Cedar Rapids after pleading guilty to one count of production of child pornography.
