Cedar Rapids man convicted on child porn charges
A 78-year-old Cedar Rapids man has been convicted on child pornography charges for allegedly using two preteen girls to make a pornographic video in 2001.
A federal jury found Jimmie Coutentos guilty on one count of the sexual exploitation of minors and one count of possession of child pornography.
He faces 10 to 20 years in prison on the exploitation charge, up to five years on the possession charge, and possible fines of up to $250,000.
