Letter: Priorities are in the wrong place

There has been a noxious odor coming from the sewage treatment plant located off Highway 13. This can't be healthy.

It's sad we can buy a hotel and plan to build a casino, but we can't perform the necessary repairs to the sewage treatment facility.

Our priorities are in the wrong place.
