Recovery personnel, cheer C.R. flood victims
Flood recovery personnel are admiring the resourcefulness, perseverance, backbone, unity, faith, etc., of the flood victims of this Cedar Rapids Community. Many of them have seen more than they wanted and heard hundreds of victims' stories that were heart-wrenching and soul-searching.
The flood recovery personnel want to commend and applaud the flood victims for all that they have accomplished in less than two years after the 2008 flood!
