District has money to put toward school

This is for College Community taxpayers. Did you know that the College Community school board is buying 73 acres of land for $1,463,400? What for? Why do we need all this land?
There is a bond issue coming up April 5 for a vote for another school building. If they can afford to spend this kind of money, they should be able to pay for the school themselves. The vote should be a definite no.
And no more open enrollment. Let Cedar Rapids teach their own students.
