What direction is America going?

Patriotism has been under assault since the Vietnam War by our left-leaning politicians and population. Our returning warriors were spit on, derided and demonized.
A president apologized for “evils” committed in defense of freedom and the right of self determination.
Our government sued a state for defending its citizens against incursions of drug cartels and illegal immigrants who were abducting and murdering its citizens. Our government prosecuted two drug enforcement agents who shot and wounded a drug pusher who shot at them on our side of the border. The Tea Party has been demonized for wanting to support our U.S. Constitution and protesting our swing to socialism/communism.
Judeo-Christian religious morals are under assault worldwide. In the United States, churches have been burned and religions artifacts stolen.
Marriage is no longer just between a man and woman. If you define premarital sex or other immoral sexual acts as sin, you are accused of using hate speech. A baby is no longer a gift from God but an inconvenience and can be terminated before being born.
Family values have deteriorated as men are absolved from caring for their children if not married. Marriage is deemed no longer necessary even though statistics show a single mother is 80 percent more likely to be poor the rest of her life.
Hard work and being a successful wage earner is discouraged by high taxes.
Is this really the direction you want our country to go? Socialism is not the answer.
