Effective immediately, Blairs Ferry Road NE, east of C Avenue NE in Cedar Rapids, eastbound traffic will be merging into the center east bound lane.
The outside east bound lane is closed for water cut off service. The repair will take approximately three days to complete, weather permitting. Traffic should seek an alternate route.
