Iowa-Penn State is lowest-rated ABC Saturday night game this year

ABC drew a 4.0 overnight rating for Iowa-Penn State last Saturday. That's the lowest rating of the season for the network's Saturday Night Football, behind behind a 4.2 for Alabama/Va. Tech and a 4.3 for Texas Tech/Texas.
