Add more containers eligible for redemption

Let me get this straight. We should drop the bottle bill because it is working so well? Give me a break.
What we should do is add all aluminum cans and plastic water bottles for redemption. This wouldn't cost the state a dime and would encourage more people to open redemption centers.
