Hillary Clinton knows how to govern

To the editor:
The best argument against Bernie Sanders as the Democratic nominee is two words: Supreme Court.
Sanders does not have the power to beat the Republican nominee. And that means there'd be nothing to stop a Republican president from nominating judicial radicals like Antonin Scalia, who'd tip the scales of justice against a woman's right to choose, against marriage equality and against health care for all.
The best argument against such a scenario is also two words: Hillary Clinton. The former First Lady/Senator/Secretary of State is light years in front of the likes of Donald Trump, Ben Carson and any of the other Republican candidates. She has reasoned programs on education, climate change and immigration that she will be able to implement in Congress because she knows how to govern from the center. What other candidate can even claim to do that? And that's what scares Republicans, who continue to rely on Fox News to focus on whatever peripheral issues it can against former Secretary Clinton, whether it be Benghazi, a private email server or (insert next issue here).
Therefore I plan to caucus for Hillary Clinton on Feb. 1. And if the foregoing is not enough, I encourage men to vote for her as a way of supporting women, much as they did back in 1920, when women were given the right to vote with the support of men.
