North Liberty police still investigating death at apartment
Police are continuing to investigate a death at the Beaver Kreek Apartment Centre after responding to a medical call Thursday morning.
North Liberty Police Chief Jim Warkentin said that the apartment building is “an area of interest,” but did not label the building a crime scene.
Warkentin said police will announce further details about the deceased once an autopsy, being conducted this morning, is complete. A press release regarding the incident will likely be issued later today, he said.
