Fruendt, Waunetta Marie
Waunetta Marie Fruendt, 87, of Williamsburg, died Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Mercy Iowa City. Graveside Memorial Services: 10 a.m. Monday, June 4, at Victor Memorial Cemetery, Victor, with the Rev. Richard Meyer officiating. There will be no visitation. Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, is in charge of arrangements.
Waunetta is survived by a niece, two grandnephews, a grandniece, and several great-grandnephews and great-grandnieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Blanche Besco Johnson; her husbands, Keith Minard and Melvin Fruendt; a sister, Bernice Watts; brother-in-law, Keith Watts; and sister-in-law, Bonnie Lindenmayer.
Memorials may be contributed to the Holden Cancer Center, University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
