Marion Farmers Market a success, should go on

Thank you to the Marion Chamber of Commerce and St. Luke's Hospital for their sponsorship of the Uptown Marion Farmers Market on the second Saturday of each month. The next market will be on Aug. 14. July's event was a wonderful collection of produce, fine arts, crafts and great food.
I appreciated the size of the market as it was spread nicely around the beautiful Marion Square Park. You could visit each vendor and still have time to spare on a busy Saturday. I hope this will continue to be a monthly event in Marion and perhaps consider running the market in the fall as well.
