(Canceled) Amber Alert issued for abduction of 5-year-old in Jackson County

Update: According to KCRG, Abel Lee Keil has been found safe in Anamosa. The two people who allegedly abducted him have been taken into custody.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Amber Alert for 5-year-old Abel Lee Keil. They say the boy was abducted from Baldwin, a town west of Maquoketa.
The department believes Abel was abducted by Jeremy John Keil, 46, and Amy Lynn Burick, 35. Authorities say they suspect the three are traveling in a silver Honda CRV with a damaged driver-side headlight. They may be headed to Davenport or Clinton.
Jeremy John Keil is described in the Amber Alert as being 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing 185 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Burick is listed as being 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Abel Lee Keil is described as being 3 feet, 6 inches tall with blonde hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue T-shirt with a smiley face on it, blue shorts with animals and Batman sandals.
