Neighbors should care more about pollution

When I walk down the street I smell wood burning, leaves burning, exhaust from many cars idling, even what smells like garbage burning.
Although people of Iowa can be so sensitive when money is involved in any issue, it seems they don't care at all about pollution. I have complained over and over, and it only gets worse.
