Cedar Rapids tea party rally to be 'more Fourth of July than angry'

A Tea Party Express rally at noon in Greene Square Park Thursday will be “more Fourth of July than angry,” according to organizers.
A spokesman for the Tea Party Express promised a “happy mood, a celebration of the good things in America.”
However, there will be an emphasis on replacing the current administration of President Barack Obama, he said.
The 90-minute program will include several speakers, music and comedy. Speakers won't include Sarah Palin or any declared candidates for president, however.
