Woman injured in head-on collision in Keokuk County
Heather Snakenberg, 35, of Keswick, was taken to the hospital after a head-on collision Monday morning, the Iowa State Patrol said.
Snakenberg was driving north on Keokuk County Road V44 just north of Keswick a few minutes after 8 a.m. when she collided with an oncoming pickup driven by Patrick O'Rourke, 25, of North English, according to the State Patrol report.
The report said pavement conditions contributed to the accident, but didn't indicate which driver lost control.
Snakenberg was taken to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Information on her condition wasn't available Monday night.
O'Rourke declined treatment for minor injuries.
