Who AREN'T the all-time Big Ten icons?

OK, Red Grange, Magic Johnson, Archie Griffin, Jesse Owens, Tom Harmon, Nile Kinnick, etc. The Big Ten Network has been counting down the conference's top 50 icons of all-time. Fine.
But who from conference history aren't iconic? Only athletes were counted in the Big Ten's icons. But I'll open up Big Ten Non-Icons to everyone affiliated with the conference, and I mean everyone. Coaches, athletic directors, university presidents, conference commissioners, TV executives, media -- everyone.
I'll submit a few to get this started, then you can take over.
