School, rec center is a positive idea

I think the idea of a shared school and community recreation center at Harrison Elementary is a great idea! It would keep the beautiful old building and school and put the new rec center out of the 100-year flood plain. I do not think putting it at the old Boys and Girls Club site is a good idea.
