The American Advertising Federation: Cedar Rapids-Iowa City will meet Jan. 19 at the Kirkwood Center for Continuing Education, 7725 Kirkwood Blvd. SW, Cedar Rapids. Mary Quass, president and CEO of NRG Media in Cedar Rapids, will discuss the impact of the digital new frontier and how it affects communication.
