Martin, Dale Harlan
Dale Harlan Martin, formerly of Sioux City and Waukon, died Sept. 15, 2010, in Winona, Minn. Memorial services: 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 25 Second Ave. NW, Waukon, IA 52172-1603. A light lunch follows.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be directed to the church.
