Water tower needs to honor Hawks

The water tower near the University of Iowa's Kinnick Stadium does not need to be painted. It just needs the Tiger Hawk logo added.
When will the UI administration stand up and be Iowa fans? What I do not want to hear is that the hospital owns the water tower. Last time I checked, it was called the “University of Iowa” Hospital and Clinics.
Name another group at the UI that has done more for the university that the Hawkeye football team. Where are the alumni and boosters on this issue? Do you only do things where you can somehow attach your name to it? Have you tried doing something just because it felt good, because it was right?
Finally, where is the media on this? Are any of you true Hawkeye fans? Why isn't someone pursuing this to fruition? Is it too hard for you to dig a little on this?
To all above, get off your backsides and do this one “minor” thing to honor a group of young men and coaches that have done everything you have asked of them. The Hawks are competitive, darned fun to watch, and they have given us all a chance to dream.
