Shirley Ann Beltz, 71, formerly of Iowa City, died Thursday, April 30, 2014, at All American Care Center in Washington, Iowa. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, May 5, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Burial in Ridgewood Cemetery will follow a reception held at the funeral home following the service. Visitation will be one hour before the service and during the reception time.
Memorial donations may be made in Shirley's memory to Hospice of Central Iowa (HCI) at 118 N. Main St., Mount Pleasant, IA 52641.

Shirley Ann Beltz was born June 16, 1942, in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of John V. and Lucinda (Smith) Beltz.
She is survived by her siblings, Floraine (Olin) Lloyd of Iowa City, Betty (Richard) Perry of Lincoln, Neb., Mavis Rossie of Hendrick, Daniel Beltz of Florida and Paul Beltz of Oskaloosa.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jack and Raymond Beltz.
