Iowa City man tased after attack on police officers

An Iowa City man is behind bars after he tried to attack police officers.

Police say when they arrived at the home of Allen Reed III for a domestic charge, he took an aggressive stance and rushed towards officers.

Two officers fired tasers, but they didn't work, this is when one of the officers got pinned against a door.

Eventually one of the officers used a stun from the taser and Reed fell to the floor.

He was charged with domestic abuse assault, assault on peace officers, and interference with official acts.
