Four hurt in rollover crash near Sumner
Four family members were hurt when a pickup flipped onto its top Sunday near Sumner, authorities said.
Karol J. Kueker, 41, of West Union, was northbound on W Avenue when she lost control of the pickup near 120th Street, according to the Fayette County sheriff's office. The pickup hit an embankment in the east ditch and flipped over.
Kueker, her husband Gary D. Kueker, 41, and their children, Justin Kueker, 11, and Megan Kueker, 9, were all taken to Community Memorial Hospital in Sumner. None of them were patients there Monday morning, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
Weather conditions were a factor in the crash, deputies said. An investigation was continuing.
