Silvers, Helen Jean
Helen Jean Silvers, 56, passed away peacefully Oct. 3, 2011, after a lengthy illness in Cedar Rapids. Memorial services will be held at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home on Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011, at 3 p.m., with visitation starting at 1 p.m.
Helen was born Nov. 16, 1954, to Darrell and Viola Walters in Guttenberg, Iowa.
Helen is survived by her husband, Bruce Silvers of Cedar Rapids; son, Josh Silvers of Cedar Rapids; mother, Viola Walters of Cedar Rapids; granddaughter, Carmen Wolfe (Francine Silvers) of Cedar Rapids; brothers, Darrell Walters of Cedar Rapids and Bob (Melanie) Walters of Carrollton, Ohio; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
