Health care plan keeps us stronger

What will the Affordable Care Act mean for us?
l More affordable health coverage, helping many to be able to take care of themselves in a better way, and making health care less expensive for all.
l More free preventive care. This helps us stay more healthy and cuts down on insurance that might be needed later to combat full-blown disease. And thus we can all live happier and healthier lives.
l Slowly the cost of all health insurance will come down. As people become healthier we will less and less need to support the insurance needs of others.
Setting up a new program of any kind is difficult, complicated, and often confusing. We can help by:
l Encouraging our Congress, as well as governors and legislatures, to support and assist the process as much as possible and to work together.
l If you have no health insurance, to contact the exchanges, get the details, pick the plan that will best suit you and/or your family, and sign up.
l Encouraging as many as you can to know the facts and likewise sign up, as soon as possible.
All religions call on us to have love for one another. Love means to care for the good of all, and to seek for their wholeness, safety and happiness.
When we are seeking the happiness of all, then we ourselves will be filled with true joy. The Affordable Care Act will make and keep America stronger.
