Property tax system needs revamping

First, the 100 percent assessment on business for property taxes is because they don't pay taxes. Only the consumer pays. We pay their taxes, we pay their advertising, we pay their cost of production and we pay their profit. As a reward, we pay a sales tax for the privilege.
The only way to reform property tax is to make everyone pay on 100 percent valuation.
