St. Luke’s to hold NICU reunion

St. Luke's Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) cares for about 400 babies a year and the Unit plays a key part in those newborns' survival. It's reunion time for these babies and staff – as St. Luke's hosts its annual NICU Reunion Saturday, Oct. 6. The free event will include refreshments, games and activities for children of all ages.

Who: Former St. Luke's NICU patients and family members– no formal invitation needed!
Established in 1977, St. Luke's NICU is Cedar Rapids' only Level two Regional Newborn Intensive Care Unit. St. Luke's has 22 private NICU suites available -- all with the ability for families to adjust the temperature, sound and light to suit each baby's needs.
