Hawk Auction Item No. 6 -- Program from Kirk Ferentz's first game
Marc Morehouse
May. 6, 2011 3:29 pm
I kept this because (I think) it was Kirk Ferentz's first game as Iowa's coach and I kind liked it.
This is an Iowa game program from the 1999 Nebraska-Iowa game at Kinnick. I remember writing the Huskers played Wac-A-Mole on Kyle McCann. That's how that day sort of went for the Hawkeyes. No pretty.
Of course, it got better.
Bidding starts at $20.
This is open bidding here on this blog. Sign up through your Facebook account to post and put your bid up. I'll give each item 24 hours from the time it's posted. I'll post when that is so everyone knows when to jump in with their last-minute flurry bids.

The proceeds will go to Camp Courageous, a year-round respite care and recreational facility for individuals of all ages with disabilities located southeast of Monticello.
Bidding on this item will close 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
Thanks!
I don't know why I kept this, but I'm glad I did. This is the first game program of the Kirk Ferentz era, 1999 Nebraska. Bidding starts at $20.
