Letter: Downtown bike lanes create confusion

Regarding the July 1 letter 'Bike lanes are confusing, dangerous” by Mary Price:
Before you could put bike lanes on Interstate 380, first you'd have to hire a consultant firm, then you would have to change I-380 to two lanes each way on both sides of the interstate, then you put the bike lanes.
That would complete the mess our mayor and city council made of downtown.
