Selzer Werderitsch Associates of Iowa City was awarded the 2012 Masters Award by the Master Builders of Iowa for projects of $1 million to $5 million. Selzer Werderitsch received the award for the Celebration Farm project in Iowa City.
Architectural and engineering firm Shive-Hattery won an American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois design award for its Roshek Building Rehabilitation project, a LEED Platinum Certified building. Shive-Hattery provided plumbing, mechanical and electrical design services.
Home Instead Senior Care topped Franchise Business Review's list of systems with high franchisee satisfaction in 2012. This is the second time the network has been name to that spot among all categories. The network is also ranked No. 1 in the large franchise systems category for the second time.
