NAMI Linn County offering mental health support group starting Monday
Peer-led group meets twice a month

NAMI Linn County, local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, will offer the NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group from 6 to 7:30 p.m. the first and third Monday of the month at the Ecumenical Community Center, 601 Second Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids, beginning Monday.
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult (18 and older) who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others. The group is led by trained leaders who have dealt with their own challenges.
