CLASS 4A SEMIFINAL
#2 Linn-Mar (22-2) vs. #3 Iowa City West (22-2)

Coaches: Mike Brandt is 169-64 in 10 years at Linn-Mar. B.J. Mayer is 189-112 in 13 years, including 62-32 in four seasons at West.
Key players: Linn-Mar's Kiah Stokes (6-3, sr.) averages 25.2 points and 15.1 rebounds per game. She is the state's all-time leading shot-blocker. Ally Disterhoft (5-11, soph.) paces West at 15.1 ppg while Mckenzie Piper (6-0, jr.) adds 12.0 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.
How they got here: Linn-Mar got a basket and a block from Stokes in the final 20 seconds to beat Ankeny, 48-47. West scored 28 points in the fourth quarter to defeat Cedar Rapids Washington, 67-58. Linn-Mar beat West, 63-49, in the regular season.
