The prosecution rested this afternoon in the Ramone Moon robbery trial.
Moon, 18, of Cedar Rapids, is expected to testify Friday when the defense starts its case. Moon is charged with four counts of first-degree robbery.
He is accused of robbing two Woody's Show Club strippers and their boyfriends last July.
The four victims testified this week Moon came to their room at the Motel 6 and demanded money from all of them. He was armed with a gun, threatened to kill the men, pistol whipped one of them and assaulted the other man, along with the women.
Moon claims he was invited back to the motel room by one of the strippers and their boyfriends attacked him. He was shot with his own gun during the incident.
