Medical mall great idea, but go with skywalks

The medical mall is a great idea. The hope that other facilities also will come to this area makes it all the more important to keep Second Avenue open. If another facility feels it is necessary to close another street, the precedent has been set. A skywalk is much preferred.
St. Luke's Hospital has several skywalks. Mercy Iowa City also has a skywalk. This shows the desire to be a good neighbor! Mayo Clinic uses a subway system. The money that Cedar Rapids is talking about spending to change the streets could be used for other needs.
