Letter: Brucemore groundskeeper thanked for service

Many of us are saddened that Roger Johnson will be retiring the end of June as supervisor of grounds at Brucemore.

He has lovingly and carefully tended the lawns and gardens for many, many years.

I speak for all of us who have enjoyed his expertise and care in maintaining a showplace in Cedar Rapids. Thank you, Roger.
