Entire cemetery should have equal care

On Memorial Day weekend, I visited my daughter's grave. She died in 1971. I was upset regarding the care of the far northeast section of Linwood Cemetery where she is buried. Each year it looks worse than the year before. The cemetery seems to have preferred sections that are well kept, blacktop roadways, trimmed and mowed. These sections are all attended to first.
I talked to the caretaker and he said the section my daughter was buried was a former potter's section. I told him it looks like a potter's section. The roadways have not been repaired and maintained for years. Every year, the potholes are deeper causing deep puddles of water. When I visited her grave, other people there were also upset about the condition of this section. The entire cemetery should have equal care regardless of age or sections. The sections that have blacktop roads and receive better care are located near Sixth Street and Wilson Avenue.
When we purchased our lot, the cemetery was owned by the Whitwer family and was well maintained. All the graves near my daughters are from the 1970s. Since Murdock Funeral Homes purchased the cemetery, older sections and the section my daughter is buried have deteriorated. I sent a letter to the cemetery owner, and never received any response.
