Glass, Marian
Leemon; and five brothers, Emerson, George, Leroy, Emmett and Raymond.
Marian was born Dec. 1, 1922, in Sumner, the daughter of Carl G. and Marie (Pagel) Fagenbaum. She attended school in Sumner and worked for a short time as a waitress. Marian was united in marriage to Stanley Hannum who preceded her in death. They had two daughters, Patricia and Dianne. She married Norman Glass on March 15, 1955. Marian worked at Wilson's Meatpacking in Cedar Rapids, retiring in 1983 after 28 years.
She enjoyed camping, trout fishing, cooking and loved spending time with her family.
She will be deeply missed, but always remembered for her unselfish love and caring ways.
The family would like to thank Mercy Hospice, especially Kim and Chris, for their tremendous kindness, care and support for both Marian and her family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either the American Cancer Society or Mercy Hospice.
