Lynch, Annalee
Annalee Lynch, 80, of Kalona, died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2011, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Funeral services will then be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 30, at the Woodlands Bible Church in Connersville, Ind. There will be a time of visitation at the church from 4 p.m. to the service time. Private family graveside services will be held at the Everton Cemetery, Everton, Ind.

Annalee was born March 31, 1931, in Oaktown, Ind., the daughter of Urie V. and Anna (Morgan) Faris. She attended and graduated from high school in Alquina, Ind. On Aug. 12, 1951, she was united in marriage to Stanford R. Lynch in Carthage, Ind. The couple and their family had resided in numerous communities throughout Annalee's lifetime, including Carthage, Monrovia, Connersville, Indianapolis and Martinsville all in Indiana, Baxter, Minn.; and to Kalona in 2005. She was born and raised in a parsonage and involved in the Christian Community for a lifetime. The daughter of a minister, the wife of a minister, and the mother of two ministers, a lifetime serving her Lord!
Her family includes her husband, Stanford; three sons and their wives, Michael and Karen Lynch of Kalona, Donald and Ruthanne Lynch of Jacksonville, Fla., and Edward and Cindy Lynch of Connersville, Ind.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Andrew Lynch; and nine brothers and sisters.
