As people age, some may struggle finding appropriate words, remembering names or multi-tasking. This is as natural as getting gray hair. As the brain ages it actually changes physiologically. However, in the case of dementias, such as Alzheimer's disease, there are different changes in the brain.
Dr. Steve Peters, a neuropsychologist at St. Luke's Hospital will separate myth from truth, and share some techniques for keeping your brain young and sharp in this upcoming St. Luke's LiveWell event.
