Lila R. Flansburg, 89, longtime resident of Tiffin, died Monday, Dec. 9, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at Grace United Methodist Church in Tiffin with burial following at Oakhill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church.
