Weeks, Richard L.
Richard L. Weeks, 87, of Washington, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010, at Washington County Hospital following a sudden illness. Celebration of life services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, at the United Presbyterian Church, with the Reb. Bob Wollenberg and the Rev. Don Hodson officiating. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.
He is survived by his wife, Geri of Washington; daughter, Lana Weeks of Carmel By the Sea, Calif.; and many nieces and nephews. Memorials have been established to Washington Community Y for Youth Scholarships or Halcyon House Good Samaritan Fund.
