Health care support under false pretenses
The Gazette Opinion Staff

As an American, I would like to ask the following question to Sen. Tom Harkin, Rep. Bruce Braley, Rep. Dave Loebsack and the other Democrats who voted for the Affordable Care Act, stating that this is not a tax.
Why would you allow this act to pass under false pretenses, protected by the Commerce Clause with such haste? Please let Iowans know.
