Nick Wagner supports small businesses

I have seen first hand how dedicated state Rep. Nick Wagner is to ensuring that small businesses can succeed. How do I know? I work with him.
Wagner has supported and will continue to support property tax reductions for all Marion businesses and residents. Property taxes in Marion are very high comparably because Marion lags in commercial development. Commercial development is a key driver in job growth for our community, at the same time spreading the tax burden for all Marion residents.
Wagner will continue to fight to ensure we have a climate in Iowa that encourages growth and job creation. Both the National Federation of Independent Business and the Iowa Association of Business and Industry have endorsed his campaign. Iowa's biggest groups that fight for small businesses and job creators recognize Wagner as the right choice.
His leadership and commitment to spend less than we take in has put the state in a position that provides stability and certainty for small businesses in Iowa. It has shown that the state can be responsible with taxpayer dollars and we can plan for the future.
As a small-business owner, I am proud to support Wagner for District 68.
