Mountain lion should not have been shot

What a sad commentary about modern Iowans. We destroy a great predator - mountain lion - who managed to return, one whose much-preferred diet is deer meat of all things, and we treat it as nothing but trash to be shot, studied, and stuffed.
It's disgusting for us as a culture and shameful for our Department of Natural Resources.
