Kayla Armstrong (Cedar Rapids Xavier) - Burst onto the scene last season with 34 regular-season goals as a sophomore. Added another two at state tournament.
Annie Dale (Xavier) - Seems like she's been at Xavier for about 10 years. Captain of 2A all-tourney team after scoring six goals in three games. Will attend Northern Iowa.
Zoe Dutchik (Iowa City Regina) - Regals' leading scorer in 2011, with 16 goals and 28 assists in 16 games. Terrific all-around athlete.
Brittany Frush (LaPorte City Union) - Senior goalkeeper gave up three goals in 16 regular-season games. She also had two assists.
Jayne Heinrich (Iowa City West) - Second-team all-state goalkeeper in Class 3A last season, according to Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Association.
Sam Link (Western Dubuque) - Junior scored 13 goals and added 22 points in just 13 games last season.
Tori Lust (Iowa City Regina) - Provides quite a one-two offensive punch with Zoe Dutchik. Had 12 goals and 18 assists in just 14 games.
Alison McKinnie (Solon) - Senior striker amassed 47 goals in just 18 games. That's pretty impressive.
Lizzy O'Loughlin (Independence) - Outstanding prep career for senior midfielder. Had 12 goals and 12 assists last season to help team to first state tourney.
Emma Winstead (Iowa City West) - Will play college soccer at Drake. Senior defender is part of strong back end for stingy team.
