Walmart car incident serves as wake-up call

I am a 73-year-old male and a substitute school bus driver. I feel that all seniors 70 and older should undergo special testing. Because of the recent incident at Walmart in Cedar Rapids, we need to be tested on reflexes, coordination and ability to drive safely.
I have seen bad school bus drivers who should not be driving, along with a lot of other seniors who should not be out on the same roads with others. This is a big problem.
I would be first to get off the road if my skills were lost. Unfortunately, things don't change until something like this accident happens.
