Dubuque man pleads guilty to assaulting prosecutor
Michael Mayton made a court appearance today, pleading guilty to assault with willful injury in connection with the attack on Dubuque County Attorney Ralph Potter in court earlier this year.
Mayton was sentenced to 50 years in prison for the stabbing death of David Tate.
