No minimum wage for workers with disabilities
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Dec. 3, 2011 1:20 pm
I am a concerned employee who works at Options of Linn County. I am asking the community to oppose the proposed minimum wage for the workers with disabilities (at sheltered workshops such as Options). We all want a job and a paycheck. It makes us proud that we earn money so we can buy the things we need and want.
I encourage you to write to Congressman Dave Loebsack and ask him to please vote no in Congress: 1527 Longworth House Office Building, U.S. House of Representatives, Washington, D.C. 20515
